•The Completion of the Northern breakwater of Constanta port – extension by 1,050m –ready to be started; approved by the European Commission (EURO 121 mil)
•The Road bridge at km 0+540 of the Danube-Black Sea Canal and the works related to the road and access infrastructure in Constanta port – approved, ready to start until the end of the year (EURO 30.2 mil.)
•The Development of the railway capacity in the river-maritime area of Constanta port –ready to be started; approved by the European Commission (EURO 17.6 mil.)

- Estimated cost: EUR 31 millions
