THE PROJECTDesigning a modern home, 1,000 sq. ft. that is both creative and buildable, created presentation drawings of floor plans, elevations and site plan, built a foam core model with 1/4” scale, rendered presentation floor plans and elevations, created exterior and interior renderings by using Revit, drew up axonometric views of home and a set of construction documents. THE PROJECTDesigning a residential house located in Puerto Rico, present to visiting designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz, studied the history and culture of the area, drawings include floor plans, creating interior renderings of staircase, living room, dining room and master bedroom by using Revit. THE PROJECTRedesign an existing building with 48,000 sq. ft. Space plan Labor and Delivery units. Customs design 2D and 3D patterns of my own creation, commercial material and furniture selection. Render Labor and Delivery Unit by hand, and nurse station by Revit. Receive feedback from medical professional.

THE PROJECTA team of five creating a brand and corporate identity for a new company, space plan in an existing 16,390 sq. ft. building located in Salt Lake City, Utah, selecting commercial system furniture, specify fixture and material selections, design a logo, create Revit rendering, furniture specification and present office design in a book.

THE PROJECTRedesign an existing University classroom, based on the needs of the clients, started the project by field measuring the space, drawings of furniture plan, creating renderings of elevations and views of the classroom by Revit, detailing the custom cabinetry, and selecting the best one according to client feedback.
