Born in Brownsville, Texas, and raised in both Mexico and Edinburg. I ama graphic designer with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree with a concentration inGraphic Design from the University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. I love music and

retro sub-cultures and I always try to incorporate that into my work, I think GraphicDesign should be used to get people’s attention and introduce them to something

they wouldn’t look in their own. As a child I was alone most of the time andI would spend hours looking at the television and magazines. I loved the feeling ofbelonging I found in them, they were inviting and never left me alone. That feelingwas the reason I started to looking into the arts as I grew up. My biggest goal isbeing myself and helping others to feel less lonely, give them a voice and a place

to call home. I believe graphic design would be able to help me accomplish my goal.

I always try to be innovative and break rules in my design work. I wantto create something new, something that no one has seen, and something that

makes people feel alive. In the future I would love to work with musicians and artiststhat try to break the mould. I don’t really see myself working in an office from

9 to 5, I want people to know that Graphic Design can be fun; it’s not only aboutads and business. Most of my inspiration comes from people that are considered

rebels in the design world, I long to be like them. I hope one day I become someoneknown for their fearlessness. Peter Saville is one of my biggest inspirations he

is one of the most famous british designers and his works are known universally, like him I hope one day I can work with musicians and help them communicate

their feelings through visuals that tie in with their music in a simple yet sublime way.

While I might not have work experience I am an incredibly responsible individual.I love working by myself and at my own pace but this will never be an obstacle

to reach and fulfill a deadline. I believe in keeping my promises and I havean strong work ethic. I pride myself in working until exhaustion and I think the best

rewards come from working hard.
