About Us Cosmic Management Services is a Hyderabad, India based, 17 year old company, focusing on Organization Development consulting and facilitative training, located at “Amar’s Pensieve” (see below). We primarily offer Organization Development Consulting Services to organizations which are in their Early or Growth phases of their life cycle. We facilitate our client organization’s rapid evolution, through professionalization of their principal resource, People. We also offer our customized facilitative training services for developing, evolving and refining managerial and leadership competencies, in the organizational context. The benefits that accrue through our services to our clients are increased organizational effectiveness, relevance, alignment leading to higher productivity and profitability. Clients who have utilized our services include: Dr.Reddy's Laboratories, Mars, MRF, Chitika, Polmon, Progress Software, Sorokasoft amongst other organizations.

Our logo is symbolic of our services. It shows two hands joined, against the backdrop of a dark surface, to form an arrowhead. The fingers represent the multiple facets of an entity and their arrangement is symbolic of congruence and alignment creating a clear focus. Our services enable individuals and organizations create alignment, establish focus, and generate synergy.

Our Facilitator Amar Chegu is a Commerce Graduate, an MBA and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He started his career in Financial Services in 1993. Thereafter, in 1998, he shifted focus from facilitating financial transactions to evolving an Organization Development consulting practice and facilitative training. Over the last 17 years Amar’s work has vitalized people and energized organizations, by using the Organization Development science, to enable: discovery of purpose, alignment and collective focus. Growth through co-evolving of Solutions for Better Enterprise is the thrust of all his work. Amar has also facilitated learning at Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Centre for Organization Development (COD), National Institute of Smart Government (NISG), University of Hyderabad, National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM), Vignana Jyothi (VJIM), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) amongst other institutions of learning, in the areas of Organization Development, Strategy, General Management and related areas. Amar has served as the President of the Hyderabad Management Association (2007-2008); Member, All India Management Association’s Council of Management (2007-2008); Chairman of Institute Of Management Consultants of India, Hyderabad Chapter (2011-2014); He is a Life Member of National HRD Network (NHRD). He is also a standing invitee to Employers Federation of Southern India, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Chapter. Amar is also a member Hyderabad New Century Lions Club.

Amar’s Pensieve “Amar’s Pensieve” is a dedicated venue for facilitation and training. It is located around 30 Kms (35-40 min) from Gachibowli/Mehdipatnam (Hyderabad, Telangana, India), at Mothukupally Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, India. By design, Amar’s Pensieve provides both activity friendly training space and privacy to Trainers, Learning and Development Divisions and Organizations, that would like to use activity based approach to learning.

The training area consists of four buildings, grouped around a tennis court sized lawn, providing a setting that is at once self-sufficient and convenient, for out-door, open-air and in-door training. Notes on Hiring the Training Facility and Transport, Food arrangements

The training facility may be hired on a day basis by prior agreement.

Transport through taxi or bus may be arranged as required, at the cost of the client.

Food may be ordered in advance from a list of accredited vendors, in consultation with our office, at the cost of the client.
