Country House in Franciacorta

Renovation of a country house inFranciacorta.This is my first job that I have designedcompletely alone.At the moment i 'm preparing theconstruction drawing and I'm doing alsothe structural part.

The building is site in a historical centreand for this reason I try to use onlytraditional materials.I want to re-build the traditional countryhouse facade, with brick wall column anda closed terrace.

There is a particularly consideration tothe energetic performance of the houseand it has to be included into the B levelof energetic classification.

and Paolo Livi, it is situated on the hill

Maddalena in Brescia. I dealt mainly

with of executive design, accounting

and project management.

Social Housing 2010-2011

Multifunctional center in Brescia

Second work at the studio of thearchitect Joseph Marrelli AbnormaArchitectures. It is a frame building and wood trim.The complex includes residences,offices and social and health facilities.Particular attention has been made inthe design to low power consumptionand the use of environmentally friendlymaterials.

My task was based mainly in thepreparation of the elaborate executive.I also played the role of assisting in theconstruction management and buildingpractices.

The project, implemented in early 2013, consists of three main themes: thesquare, parking and ancillary services.I have collaborated with the study Abnorma architectures for the preparation ofthe whole design process: preliminary, definitive and executive, focusing inparticular on the last. The station Metrobus Prealpino, as terminus north of thecity of Brescia, is characterized by the presence of a large car park andmultifunctional elements outbuildings. The adjacent areas, or the speakers, thebar, the waiting room and supervision, have been designed entirely in wood xlam.

Renovation and expansion of a villa in Salò (Brescia). The project architect JosephMarrelli owner Abnorma architectures. I handled the final design in theimplementation phase. there was also designed the interior design for which Ihave carried out some three-dimensional representations.

Hypothesis of building a three-storeybuilding with traditional reinforcedconcrete and double skin façade.The building was designed accordingto the rules of the "passive house"with a view to reducing to a minimumenergy loss.

Participation in a contest that involvedthe construction of 150 apartments ina river of the American city NewOrleans.The work was published in the bookentitled "After the hurricane" edited byProf.Arch. Marina Montuori.

Consultancy for the recovery of an abandoned farmhouse in Pedergnano-Erbusco (BS) in Franciacorta. Various hypotheses have been formulated internaldistribution of the rooms. It was also reconstructed in three dimensions theentire farm with the purpose of obtaining a better perception of theintervention.
