Assembly

5 Join 6 sections to make one star block. Align the 7¾" line on a ruler with the center of the block. Trim the block edges. Move around the block trimming the edges. Makes 2 blocks. Repeat to make 23 Star blocks..

6 Use a 60⁰ triangle ruler to cut 36 setting triangles and 20 half triangles from 7–8¼"x WOF strips. From 5 strips cut 7 triangles From 2 strips cut a total of 1 triangle and 10–8¼"x 7¾" rectangles. Using the 60⁰ triangle ruler cut 2 half triangles from each rectangle. Align ruler's left seam line, the one left of dashed center line, and long edge of rectangle to cut 1 half triangle. Rotate rectangle and cut a second half triangle. Cut 10 left half triangles. Then cut 10 right half triangles using the right seam line. See diagram.

7 Assemble the quilt top using the diagram for reference. 8 Add the 2–3" side borders. Add the 2–5½" top & bottom borders. Measure across the center of the quilt for the length of the borders. Layer, quilt, bind and enjoy your quilt!
