To be successful the incumbent will need to gain a thorough understanding of operational and strategic success factors relating to client business processes. Using that knowledge they will drive process improvement change through internal and external ICT solution design and delivery. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis and Service Improvement Through proactive interrogation and analysis, undertake detailed business process mapping of nominated RAQ processes and prepare analysis of potential areas for improvement. Identify stakeholders and gather business requirements using structured methodology. Analyze business processes against externally benchmarked data, industry best practice, and document. Conduct market scans and report on potential system solutions as required. Based on analysis, produce options and Business Case’s for Business Process Improvement aligned with strategic direction. Prepare and communicate reports, presentations and discussions describing strengths and areas for improvement of RAQ business processes. Provide support and training to Senior Leaders and key stakeholders in the interpretation and understanding of analysed data. Mentor business process owners on process efficiency, problem solving and root cause analysis. System Implementation and Project Management Provide system administration services as necessary to optimize existing processes. Manage key ICT vendor relationships to ensure delivery of contract deliverables and SLA outcomes. In conjunction with Project Manager Introduce project and change management methodology to manage identified system upgrades in major systems, including testing regimes. Define and support implementation of enhancements to RAQ’s existing technology infrastructure and business processes based on project plans. Contribute to the development of project plans aimed at meeting identified areas for improvement and achieving improved outcomes in the delivery of work plans. Develop system specifications based on business requirements. Liaise with vendors on business process design requirements. Ensure that non-functional business requirements are defined and addressed.

Manage projects and monitor project performance as per project plans.

Act as key contact for the upgrade of technology solutions including working collaboratively with ICT and system vendors to meet these needs.

On request present and describe continuous improvement data and reports to project teams providing expert advice and updates.

About You To be successful in this position you will have:

Required Highly Desired

Qualifications An undergraduate qualification in Business, ICT, or similar.

A Post Graduate qualification focused on business and process analysis including technology solutions.

Industry certification in Business Analytics.

Experience Demonstrated experience as a Business Analysts in a business process focused environment.
