    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

    To effectively manage all Point-Of-Sales-Material (POSM) inventory, order picking, put-away ofstocks in marketing warehouseTo maintain good housekeeping at all times

    RELATIONSHIPS (internal & external relations)Internal : Direct Manager, Operation Team Leaders, Marketing/Sales Department, employeesExternal : Subcontractors, outsourcing staff

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    To physically control inventory storage and movement in marketing warehouse ensuring thatphysical inventory is under strict custody and inventory data accuracy is maintained at high

    reliability. To ensure compliance of all set procedures and processes

    To have marketing knowledge on display or decorative skills and carpenter skill for fixingminor defects to POS materials.

    To ensure picking accuracy and on-time picking

    Responsible for good housekeeping practices in the warehouse

    To ensure all POSM materials are maintained in good condition and inventory of POSM isupdated daily with high accuracy and control.

    To effectively communicate any operational issues to the Warehouse Manager or LogisticsManager

    To utilize & control the storage space efficiently

    To support cycle counting and stock take when required

    Ensure any damaged POSM materials are reported immediately Any other warehouse related activities as assigned by the management
