Our Exhibitors
The 3rd edition of the Tyrexpo India 2015 concluded on a high note on 9 July after three days of
intensive networking and a series of engaging training and demonstration sessions.
With the support from leading industry partners – Automotive Tyre Manufacturers’ Association
(ATMA), Tamil Nadu Tyre Dealers’ Association (TNTDA), Chemical and Allied Export Promotion
Council of India (CAPEXIL), Rubber Board, Govt. of India, International Center for Automotive
Technology (ICAT) and The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) – Tyrexpo India was
successful in being a platform of choice between buyers and sellers of tyres, garage and workshop
equipment, and tyre accessories looking to do business in India.
Tapping on the growth momentum of the medium to heavy commercial vehicle as well as two-
wheelers sector in India, we have introduced several new programs, which include the informative
TyreTalk Seminar, engaging and hands on experience at the Tyrexpo Technical Workshop as
well as the Tyre Times TRiLA Awards, and these supporting event helped to facilitate greater
business and knowledge exchange amongst the participants.
Many exhibitors have also shared their success stories about their participation and this further
anchor Tyrexpo India 2015 to be South Asian’s most established and important platform for the
tyre, garage and workshop community to do business.

A platform to unlock your business opportunities, showcase your latest products, services &
technologies to potential buyers in the South Asian markets, Tyrexpo India 2015 welcomed a total
of 65 exhibitors from 9 countries who brought along an extensive spectrum of product offerings
ranging from tyres for passenger cars, motorcycles/ scooters, trucks & buses, Light & Heavy
Commercial Vehicles, OTR & Industrial Vehicles, Retreaded Tyres to Equipment for Tyre Production,
Retreading and Vulcanisation.
Tyrexpo India 2015 attracted 2,738 participants from 30 countries, mainly drawing the key players
from over 180 cities within India who are here to make new contacts as well as to source for new
products and services. Serving as a springboard for business success in South Asia, Tyrexpo India
is the ideal platform for people, technology and ideas to converge to create great value for our
trade partners and customers.

A New Zone To Extend Product Offering
With the exponential growth in the global automotive market being one of the key drivers for the
current expansion in the tyre industry, this year’s Tyrexpo India has also launched a new zone -
Workshop Equipment & Accessories Zone - to serve as a hub for exhibitors and buyers to
congregate and gain greater product exposure in this segment. Some of the exhibitors in this zone

Tyrexpo Technical Workshop (TTW)
Jointly presented by SingEx and Elgi Rubber, the
inaugural Tyrexpo Technical Workshop
sessions provided a series of engaging training
and demonstration sessions led by Elgi Rubber.
The tyre repair technique training was a program
tailor-made for visitors from the Tyre
Repair trade, providing them with much needed
industry training and retraining. The sessions
were very well attended and their tyre repair
equipment was also sold to a customer by the
second morning of the exhibition.
TyreTalk Seminar (TTS)
Following the success at Tyrexpo Asia, visitors to Tyrexpo India were offered over 10 sessions of
TyreTalk Seminar sessions where industry partners and exhibitors shared their best practices,
innovations and solutions to help lower business costs and increase efficiency. Topics covered
included the hotly debated BIS Certification for tyres, cost reduction of fleets through use of Tyre
Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and more. Some of the speakers’ lineup includes:

A successful night of recognition at TRiLA Awards
SingEx was honoured to co-host the inaugural Tyre & Rubber
Industry Leadership Acknowledgement (TRiLA) Awards with
Tyre Times at Tyrexpo India. TRiLA Awards, a brainchild of Tyre
Times was created to bring to the forefront talent,
achievement, excellence and quality products from within tyre
and associated industries and to share their achievement s with
the rest of the world. Sharing their passion to recognise the
efforts of the industry players and those who made the
campaigns, brandings and sales happen; SingEx was delighted
to sponsor the TRiLA SingEx Exhibitions Pte Ltd Marketing
Person Of The Year award. SingEx Exhibitions would also like
to congratulate Mr Prabhakar Tiwari from CEAT Tyres Ltd for winning this award, which recognises
originality and creativity in the marketing and promotion of products or services. This collaboration
with Tyre Times is the first step towards bringing about an improvised and holistic business
platform for the tyres, garage and workshop equipment, and tyre accessories in India.

Highly targeted visitor promotion campaigns were deployed to reach the most relevant visitor and
buyer groups for the Tyrexpo India exhibition. It has been the key factor for ensuring that the right
quality of visitorship are being presented to the exhibiting companies which thus lead to more success
in securing business opportunities at the show. This year’s exhibition welcome close to 2,800 trade
participants from 30 countries with majority coming from over 180 cities within India. Close to 40%
of the trade visitors hold senior managerial positions, with more than 89% of the trade visitors
holding purchasing authority and/ or being in the position to influence and recommend.

Close to 40% of our visitors hold senior positions in their companies while 45% of the crowd were
from the middle management positions. This reflects the plenteous opportunities to meet the key
decision makers and influencers at Tyrexpo India 2015.
This further ascertained that Tyrexpo India delivers content (both via the knowledge transfer

In this edition of Tyrexpo India which is traditionally and strongly anchored as the key
show for the tyre industry in India - Tyres for light and heavy commercial vehicles,
passenger cars, trucks & buses and OTR and Industrial vehicles remained as the top items

With the new introduction of the Workshop Equipment & Tyre Accessories Zone, trade
visitors were able to search and view products and services such as the equipment for tyre
production, retreading and vulcanisation, tyre repair & changing equipment within the
dedicated area for this business sector.
