LIGHT SCHOOL IS THE HOME OF ARCHITECTURAL LIGHTING AND ALLOWS ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS TO COMPARE AND LEARN ABOUT THE LATEST LIGHTING INNOVATIONS AND TECHNOLOGY.

Introduced in 2019 the New Talent area was curated by Chief Creative Director at Trendease International, Jennifer Castoldi. Featuring 16 up-and-coming designers in the surface and materials sector who have been in the industry for fi ve years or less.

MATERIALS INCLUDED;

PLASTIC WASTE TILES, BIOPHILIC SURFACES, DIGITAL PRINTED SURFACES AND FLEXIBLE PLASTER.

NEW TALENT

An area of innovative and tactile materials for attendees to touch and feel, discovering the advanced properties and uses the materials offer.

The area curated by Sally Angharad, trend and colour expert and colour forecasters, Colour Hive was themed One of a Kind and highlighted materials aiming to inspire a kinder approach to design.
