A focused effort to develop strategies, activities, and processes to complete electronic postage statement processing and payment for all mail classes in the PostalOne! system.

Process Analysis• Create process flow of a PostalOne! job• Map these elements against production• Outcome to reflect current and future needs

• Outcome of the modeling effort will be a comprehensive model for each class
• Specific PostalOne! relationship may only require a sub-set of all elements

Brainstorming the Issues
• Identify any unsupported needs in the process• Prioritize the unsupported process elements• Identify Postal and Industry requirements • Repeat for other unsupported process elements• Repeat full process for remaining classes
