MASTER'S PROGRAM IN ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS
ENGINEERING
31
Master's of Enterprise Systems EngineeringThe program was launched at the beginning of the academic year 2014/2015 in line with the strategic plan to adapt technology in different fields of knowledge and link the three Schools (Engineering, Computing Sciences, and Business Technology) together. The Master’s program in Enterprise Systems Engineering, which is a vital field, is designed to encompass several disciplines including engineering, information technology, management and enterprise resource management.
Enterprise Systems Engineering is a joint program between PSUT and the German- Jordanian University, and as such is the first such program to be offered by two Jordanian universities. This gives students the opportunity to benefit from the facilities, academic expertise and scientific research resources in both universities, in addition to providing an environment of intellectual diversity in the introduction of scientific material and the development of the scientific research environment in both universities. The inspiration for the program came from a project funded by the European Union (Tempus) in partnership with PSUT, GJU and other universities from the European Union and the Middle East.
The MSc in Enterprise Systems Engineering is a multidisciplinary program, where diverse areas of knowledge and information systems engineering skills are applied in the design and development of enterprise processes and strategic management. This is achieved by focusing on the means and methods through which IT infrastructure and enterprise information systems can be aligned with business processes and ultimately applied in commercial businesses.
The program contains two tracks: thesis and comprehensive. Graduates from different disciplines, such as technology, engineering and business, can enroll in this program.
This program is fully accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (HEAQAC).

MASTER'S PROGRAM IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
43
Master's of Electrical Engineering
This program covers the basics of Electrical Engineering as well as taking an in-depth look at other branches of Engineering such as Electronics, Communications, Power and Computer Engineering. It offers up-to-date courses in every field, covering analysis and design using the tools and software currently employed in the modern industrial world.
The curriculum is designed to offer a combination of Electronics, Computer, Communications and Control Engineering and power. Students can choose a number of elective courses from all five fields, which will increase their knowledge of their chosen specialization. The student may choose one of two options within the program: The thesis track and the comprehensive exam track. When choosing the thesis track, the student completes all coursework, after which he is expected to carry out the specialized scientific research procedures, write a thesis, and discuss it before an academic panel. The second alternative, the comprehensive exam, requires that the student complete all courses and then submits an advanced project with a detailed report, after which he takes the comprehensive exam. The teaching and supervision of scientific research in this program is organized by a group of qualified faculty members who have graduated from internationally recognized universities and are highly experienced in their fields of specialization. This program is fully accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (HEAQAC).

As a matter of fact, I’m very happy in PSUT as it was my dream to attend here, I worked and saved up for it. The Drs are great. PSUT is irreplaceable to me. Zainab, Nigeria
As an international student living and studying in Jordan, I am eternally grateful to my University (PSUT), and to the professors here who not only taught professionally and shared their lifelong wisdom with me, but also made me feel like a family member during my time here. I am proud to call PSUT my home away from home. Poornima Nair, India
PSUT has majors which are essential for our future. We can expect not only to obtain what we take in the lectures but also build good relationships with people. And I met a lot of kind people who helped me in many different situations. I’m highly satisfied with studying at this university. Aya Sado, Japan
