The main objective of project is to find out the line breaks through out distribution line using Micro Controller & PC . This Project can be implemented with or without help of PC, in place of PC we can put LCD display. For the future expansion, here we are implementing the project with MC on PC we have. This Project mainly consists of different Sensors located at different electric poles of distribution line. So all the sensors are feeded to the sensor reading logic. The Output of the Sensor reading logic attached to the Micro Controller . The Micro Controller reads each and every sensor & gives the data to the display or PC. In addition to this, we kept one alarm to indicate the line breaks. The program written in Micro Controller (89C51), to transfer the data from sensors to PC . The communication protocol written in between PC & Micro Controller for reading Sensors data. The fault finding data can be stored in the PC for the future evaluation. The automatic control System also can be implemented with the help of this, whenever the Problem occurred in the distribution line. The Control System enters in to the Power Off state when Problem occurred in the distribution line. It is very useful project to avoid accidents in distribution line due to line breaks.
