    SWIMACADEMYFAQ

    SWIM ACADEMY

WHAT HAS CHANGED WITH THE REGISTRATION?• Registration can be done for the entire school year! You can register monthly for classes September through June. Don’t worry about registration deadlines! You can do all your registration at once!

    • Monthly Draft. No more session registration payments. You will be billed monthly for the months you are registered for.

    • Flexible monthly enrollment. Can’t participate for a month? Now you can take a month off depending on YOUR schedule.

WHAT HAS CHANGED WITH THE LESSONS?• The fish names are out. Pike, Eel, Ray, Starfish, etc. will no longer be titles of our swim classes.

    • The classes will be: Preschool: Levels 1-4 Youth: Levels 1-6 (Level 5 and 6 begin at 5 years old)

    • You will be able to register for the time you want, not the class. Instead of registering for Pike 4:30, you’ll register for Preschool Levels 1-4 4:30pm. If your child moves up, you don’t have to switch the day/time of your registration. If your child levels up at the end of a month, we can make sure they move up without you having to change times!

    • Are there any exceptions to this? Hopefish, Parent Child classes and weekday morning classes will still be associated with levels due to the staffing limitations of their enrollment. If your child levels up or ages up you may have to change class times or days.

For more information, contact Ken Berardi, Aquatics Director, at [email protected] or (617) 479-8500 ext 4740.
