produce its goods and services .Intermediaries:- Marketing intermediaries help the company promote,
sell, and distribute its goods to the final buyers.
Micro Environment
Public :- Any group that perceives itself having an
interest in a company ability to achieve its objectives.
Competitors :- Those who serve a target market with simillar
product and services.
Customer :- They purchases goods and services .
Macro EnvironmentThe macro environment consist of broader forces
that not only affect the company and the industry but also other actors in the microenvironment.
Demographic Environment
Demography is the study of human populations in terms of size, density, location, age, gender, race, occupation, and other statistics.
Why its information useful for business:-
To know consumer capacity. Identify Focus area. To know Human resources.

• The NDA Government and chief minister Nitish Kumar, has made" development with justice”an aim of the state.
• In January 2009,Nitish kumar was awarded the CNN IBN Indian Politician of the year award for helping Bihar on the sustainable development and growth track.
• After November 2005,the government of Bihar has introduced several lows which it hopes, will provide a positive contribution the development of the states industries.

• History show that Bihar is religious state .• The life style of people of urban and rural
people are different.• Part, expensive ear ,designer clothes and
pleasure trips these components make happy life of urban people –branded, restaurant.
• Now days role of dual income families is important.
• More women are working outside homes and this number is only going in increase.

The economic environment consists of factors that affect consumer purchasing power and spending patterns.

The Economical environment of Bihar• The economy of Bihar is largely Service
oriented, But it also has a Significant agricultural base.
• The state also has a small industrial sector as of 2008, agriculture accounts for 35%,Industry 9%,and servic55% of the economy of the state.
• Bihar has the lowest per capita income in the national average of Rs.22,946 but Patna has higher per caipta income compare than metro cities.
• 42% of population of Bihar Lives below poverty line.
Technological Environment
Information technology has made it possible to plan truly global supply chains.

technology. To counter inflation and recession. To enhance personal efficiency and
effectiveness of business. Affective promotion.
The Technological Environment of Bihar
Bihar registered the maximum increase in annual telecom subscriber. Making a growth 88.2% in fiscal 2007-08 as compare the 51.1% in 2006-07.
The total number of mobile phone in Bihar increased from 5773370 in 2006-07.
People used internet, cable for getting more knowledge.
In rural area Govt. start new technology centre “VSHUDH” where Govt. provide internet agriculture based information and training with help of computer on low cost .
SUMMARY
8,28,78,786 show good human resources customer.
55% people occupation in service sector. Development with justice, good political
agenda. Good agriculture base environment gift of
nature. Strong cultural nature Changing behaviour with new technology.
