– Select CE and CE subgroup– Select Audit area and audit area sub group– Select SSC (if existing)– Select by a particular PQ
• Once the required selection completed– Select “Query” to generate a report

Attaching individual evidence
• We already know how to attach individual evi-dences using the 4 steps and select and up-load files tabs.

Re-using existing attached evidence
• Now we will learn on how to re-use an existing attachment for a PQ by linking it to one or more other PQs.
• Click on “Attachment Manager”

• The current PQ number and the question itself will appear to which we want to attach the document

• At the bottom left, a list of all existing evi-dence attached shows up

• Select the existing attachment to be used and drag it to the right side for it to be re-used.

• Once dragged and dropped, the attachment will be placed on the “selected files” side.
• More then one attachments can be used by applying this method

• Once the action is complete, click on “submit” and the file will be attached.

Search: Allows you to search by a provision number (by selecting Refer-ence number) or by a word (by selecting SARP).

Filing differences offline
• For ease of management of task and for areas with reduced internet capability, the OLF allows to export the annex and file differences on a word document. Once done, this information can directly be imported back to the EFOD system.

• Select the option “Export annexes”

• When an annex is exported to be worked upon offline, it becomes “read only” and cannot be edited online.
• Tick in the box to acknowledge this• Select next to continue

• Option to export all annexes is available but not recommended due to time and internet capacity it requires
• Annexes are highlighted in yellow when they are already exported and therefore are on “read only” mode online
• Select the annex and click on “export Docx” to export it

• Annexes can be imported back to the system once ready

• Once imported, the annex adopts the read/write mode and can be modi-fied directly online
