Our Church year has begun anew. In this weeks School News, I would like to talk about a few things. First, I would like to let everyone know how much I enjoy working at St. Margarets School. It is such a dramatic change from public schools and has been such a joy for me to be able to work with our excellent staff of teach- ers, aides, parents and volunteers. They are all quite exceptional. Also, the dedication of parents, and even some prior students, is amazing. Groups, such as the employees of First Interstate Bank of Riverton, who come and read to our Kindergarten class have also made an impact on our school. I must also mention Joe and Rose Stanbury and their business, RTO. They have been huge benefactors of our school for a long time and they have added greatly to the efficiency, security, and excellence that our school enjoys today. Thank you all so very much! I believe our students are performing very well academically and we all hope desperate- ly that they are also growing in their faith. I am truly humbled and honored to be able to work in such a won- derful place. I am also very thankful to work and live in a place where we can still say the word Christmas”, and be able to talk about the true meaning of Christmas. We all know that Jesus was born to save us all and that is why we celebrate His birth with such reverence and humility. We try to impress that upon our students regularly. That is why we have Morning Prayersevery morning except the days when we have Mass or Adoration. That is why we have religion class, and that is why we have a Student Mass and Student Adoration. We hope to instill the love of Jesus into all of our students. Walk in the Light of the Lord, Nick Schafer. Fr. Louies Corner We are almost there, Christmas is just around the cor- ner, and so we are in that part of Advent when we are concentrating on the coming of our savior in the flesh, that he is born of Mary in the family stable. This week we hear the Angel Gabriel tell Joseph that he should not be afraid to take Mary into his home. This has lead some of our greatest saints to think that Mary told him how her pregnancy with Jesus came about. Rather than being incredulous with disbelief, he felt unworthy to be the earthly father of the messiah. That is certain- ly understandable, so Gabriel tells Joseph that he should take him in as his own and name him Jesus, which means God savesbecause God wants to save his people from their sins. Joseph is the first person in Matthews Gospel that obeys God. We have a wonder- ful example of humility and obedience in St. Joseph, let us all pray that we can learn from his example and have a truly joyous Christmas season! Fr. Louie’s Corner

We are almost there, Christmas is just around the cor-ner, and so we are in that part of Advent when we are concentrating on the coming of our savior in the flesh, that he is born of Mary in the family stable. Merry Christmas! The Religious Education classes

will be on break until January 8, 2020.

I would like to take the time to thank everyone in-

volved in making the Religious Education classes

successful. A big thank you!, first and foremost, to

the volunteer catechists who take their time to bring

the faith to our youth. You are much appreciated!

Also deserving thanks are our Priests for guiding us,

answering questions, and being present for our

youth, and to the office secretaries, Sheri and Maria,

for all their hard work in helping things run smooth-

ly and supplying us with the resources we need.

Please join me in showing them all your gratitude!

May God bless you all abundantly this

Christmas Season!
