Prayer Points July 30 - August 6

Pray for fruit from the dance and prayer ministry during the Olympics in London. We are thankful to God for the participants in ministries like Transform, DanceLink and Lifehope as they took a step of faith.

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 1 Cor 9:24

Bangladesh - Pray for starter schools that introduce poor families into education. These have not been able to afford schooling, and so are ineligible for main-stream government schools.

We are ready to study God, eager for God-knowledge. Hosea 6:3

Lord let the joy of Your presence be my strength, and let me not be so busy that I miss those quiet moments enjoying You.

One day spent in your house, this beautiful place of worship, beats thousands spent on Greek island beaches. I’d rather scrub floors in the house of my God than be honored as a guest in the palace of sin. Psalm 84:10

Thank the Lord for teachers, speakers and councilors mentoring 3000+ young people this week at TeenStreet Germany. Pray that these seeds will grow well into the future all throughout Europe.

Then our sons in their youth will be like well-nurtured plants, and our daughters will be like pillars carved to adorn a palace. Ps 144:12

God’s heart is for justice. Pray for a global awakening, so that what breaks God’s heart also breaks our heart.

For I, the LORD, love justice… Isaiah 61:8

Ramadan – Christians around the world are asked to pray for Libya. Pray that during these 30 days many in Libya would have a revelation or dream about Jesus.

And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Joel 2:28

Women’s Ministry Coordinator – Bangladesh

Pray that the Lord will provide the right woman of God eager for the unique opportunity to get alongside ladies in South Asia to train and empower them.

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Prov. 31:8

Pray that each member from all Transform summer teams will go back home and continue to be powerfully used to bring the message of love, new life, reconciliation, mercy and Good News.

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Romans 12:1
