DESCRIPTION:Aluminum Chlorohydrate Solution (ACH) is a highly concentrated solution of polyaluminum hydroxychloride; It is characterized by having the highest aluminum concentration (23% Al203) of any commercially available aluminum based solution. The basicity of ACH at 83% is also the highest available for any polyaluminum based solution. Basicity refers

to the degree of acid neutralization and also represents a measure of how highly polymerized the aluminum in “ACH is.

The highly polymerized aluminum species in ACH have much higher cationic charge than the aluminum in standard salts such as alum or aluminum chloride, and even other

polyaluminum products. Therefore, ACH can offer both a higher level of performance and lower overall dosages. The high degree of acid neutralization (basicity) also means that the effect on pH when applying ACH will be negligible ACH also effectively coagulates over broader pH range (as high as 9.5) versus traditional metal salt and lower basicity PAC.

ANTIFOAM-SPT (FS 150-B)

DESCRITION

ANTIFOAM-SPT is non silicon water based defoamer which offers superior deaeration, drainage and cost effectiveness over many conventional water based defoamers. The fluid nature of ANTIFOAM-SPT permits application by conventional methods or by spraying onto the wire.

APPLICATION METHODE AND RATES

ANTIFOAM-SPT can be applied neat or as 1-2% dilution in water. ANTIFOAM-SPT is readily diluted by water and normally in affected by water hardness. ANTIFOAM-SPT results in cleaner defoamer make down system and reduce deposit. It is also an excellent effluent defoamer.

PACKAGING, STORAGE AND HANDLING

ANTIFOAM-SPT is shipped in 30 kg jerican or 200 kg lined open head drums. Since low temperature will cause this defoamer to freeze, storage in a warm place (>100C) is recommended. If freezing occurs, allow to warm to room temperature and mix well before using.

ANTIFOAM-SPT isreadily pump able and is shear stable. Any positive displacement pump should be adequate for use with ANTIFOAM-SPT.

Because ANTIFOAM-SPT contains a significant volume of water, storage and transfer equipment should be adequately corrosion resistant.

APPLICATION METHODS AND RATESINOCHEM-200 is has application in a wide variety of system, actual treatment levels in each system and water should be determined by jartest (laboratory test) and field test with range of dosage of 1000 –5000 ppm of 100% concentration and pH of water before coagulation between 8 – 9, depend on the dosage.

PENDAHULUAN

BIOSORB adalah salah satu produk untuk membantu proses pengolahan limbah secara biologi. BIOSORB didalam proses biologi /Activated sludge mempunyai 2 fungsi yaitu sebagai bahan absorber dan media aktifasi pertumbuhan bakteri dan mengandung nutrient N:P:Glucose yang seimbang bagi bakteri.

Penerapan atau penggunaan dari produk ini sangat baik,khususnya untuk limbah industri textil. BIOSORB dapat mempermudah jalannya proses pengolahan limbah karena biasanya tidak diperlukan lagi proses coagulasi dan flocculasi diawal proses pretreatment.

TUJUAN DAN KEGUNAAN

1. Menyerap zat toxic atau beracun yang berbahaya bagi bakteri yang berada di air limbah, sehingga proses pretreatment sebelum proses biologi dapat dihilangkan.

2. Menurunkan BOD, COD, Heavy metal / logam berat dan racun phenol / aromatic compound.

3. Meningkatkan unjuk kerja bakteri dalam proses pengendapan lumpur bakteri.

4. Memperkecil jumlah sludge yang ditimbulkan karena tidak dipakainya proses pretreatment.

5. Sebagai makanan tambahan bagi bakteri.6. memperkecil konsumsi bahan kimia diproses post coagulasi karena

adanya bahan organikyang bersifat emulsifier atau dispersant agent yang dipecahkan dalam proses biologi dan diserap oleh BIOSORB.
