Steps of an intervention method

• Motivation

• Consensus

• Creation of the Working Committee

• Sensitization of all staff

• Identification of units of analysis• Identification of units of analysis

• Application of the questionnaire

• Analysis of results

• Presentation of a public report

• Hierarchy ranking of problems and job units

• Coping with the identified problems

• Follow up the changes in time

• Reassessment (maybe two years)
