Chief complaintA lump in right inguinal

History Patient came with a lump in his right

inguinal. The parents said that the lump is there since he was still a newborn. The limp is getting bigger when he cries or after playing and gone when he is sleeping. For the last 3 month, parents said that they think the lump is getting bigger and more often. The parents said that the patient did not have a nausea or vomit, didn’t have a fever, no pain. His faeces are normal, so is his urinate.
