a. Paul Broca, a nineteenth century neurologist found a certain area on the left surface of brain which has responsible to the language

b. It becomes one issue in acquiring input concerning how students acquire English by using three paths of logic (a term by Levin : 2004) or reasoning skills namely Inductive, Deductive and Abductive

Chapter IIReview of Related Literature

A . Previous Related Fndings

Herron (1992), Brown (2001), Meydiawati (2011) found that inductive reasoning is more effective.

Conversely, Erlam (2003) found that deductive reasoning is more superior than inductive reasoning.

On the other side, Turrisi (1990) and 1983 concluded that abductive makes teachers to give students abundant opportunities to experiment in spontaneous use of the language.
