    Current situation

    Teacher on duty is the onlyone accountable should anymishaps take place duringschool hours.

    Other teachers will simplyresist to take any responsibility

    and would totally divert allresponsibility to the dutyteacher solely.

    Suggestion

    All teachers are responsible to

    what happened especially relatedto emergency cases concerning

    pupils safety.

    HM should create a general

    emergency response procedurethat must be known by ALLteachers.

    Example: Cikgu Rama hasbeen appointed as Kelab BilikGuru (KEBIRU) chairman for 5

    consecutive years as he islabeled as the most eligibleteacher due to his teachingexperiences . .

    Suggestion

    Let others to try

    Example : KEBIRU chairmanshould change/replace byyearly basis so that other teachers can exhibit their

    leadership and managementtalent as well.

    having sleeping studentduring examination period or T&L, as it is perceived as theONLY way to have a sense of control over these notorious

    students.Worst to come, when HM didnot take any actions; thus givean implications that this actionis accepted.

    Subject teacher or discipline

    teacher will held daily morningassembly to reminds students notto do so, and promote thesignificant of learning.

    Current situation

    Class teachers are expected tobeautify their own classwithout any school allocationand resources, thus, dependsheavily on the teachersmotivation and financialwillingness to decorate theclass. Effect studentsmotivation to learn. Hencedeteriorate achievement level.

    Suggestion

    School admin should takeresponsibility to perhapsstandardized the criteria so asto set a kind of benchmark thatpromote comfortable learningenvironment for the pupils..This could be done byallocating some fund andresources for the classteachers to beautify their classes as according to thestandard set.

    Immediate instruction onactivity (eg: cleaning activity),no proper activity planning.

    Suggestion

    Planning in advance for eachactivity implemented and let allstaff aware (and well-informed)to ensure the targeted programobjectives could besuccessfully achieved.

    Current situation

    The HM tend to makedecisions by herself without

    consulting the GPKs for their opinions.

    When too much things aregiven to HM to decide, this willresults in latency and chaos

    due to many red tapes withinschool organization.

    SuggestionSchools decisions must be delegatedamong GPKs; they should be givenopportunity to decide (throughconsultation with HM).

    Should give room for the staff togrow/out leash their potentials asleader.

    HM shouldnt bite more than she couldchew. This will in time, put her integrityas leader in jeopardy (as HM will beviewed as being irrational,nonsensical, insensitive leader).

    Favoritism among theteachers. HM will assign

    difficult task for non-favouriteteachers and easy task for favourite teachers.

    Suggestion

    There supposedly nofavoritism take place

    Delegate task based onteachers expertise. Andshould be assigned based onthe focus to improve theteachers proficiency and skills(not as a burden to them)
