    Each new employee, from the first day of employment, is provided with their ownsupervisor.

    The role of the supervisor is to train you andmake you independent after the period of thetraining.

    The period of training is 1 week. Within thistime you are provided with necessaryinformation and inctructions concerning your jobrole.

    This year (2009) Amit Kakkar Managing Director of the company decided for the cooperation withAIESEC.

    Present in over 107 countries and territories and with over 35,000 members , AIESEC is the world'slargest student run organisation. Focused on

    providing a platform for youth leadershipdevelopment, AIESEC offers young people theopportunity to be global citizens, to change theworld, and to get experience and skills that matter today.

    At the moment there are two interns from differentcountries, USA and Poland. We expect one more fromGermany, coming in September. So far we have also

    had a few interns from India that had a chance towork on their own projects.
