HOW DO WE WORK?

• WE RESPOND TO CALLS FROM HULL ADJUSTERS,• OR FROM AIRLINES, PREFERABLY WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE HULL ADJUSTERS.• FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED, NO STAND-BY CONTRACTS.• ON CALL 24/7.• AD-HOC WITHIN EC, ADVANCE PAYMENT OUTSIDE EC AT VALUE OF THE KIT.

• WE SEND WINDOW AGREEMENT, GTC, (PROFORMA INVOICE), ONCE RECEIVEDBACK, WE MOVE.

• BCG OWNS A RECOVERY KIT CONSISTING OF TRANSPORTALE RECOVERY TOOLS,WITH A SPECIAL EMPHASIS TO BE TRANSPORTABLE. (STOCK OF CYLINDRICALBAGS 95% MORE EFFICIENT, FIBERGLASS PANELS INSTEAD OF TOWMATS)

• CE CERTIFIED, BI-ANNUAL INSPECTION, RECORD SHEET• TRAINED TO WORK WITH ALL CURRENT LOCAL RECOVERY SYSTEMS• WE SPECIALIZE IN AIRLINERS UP TO B73/75/A320 W/O GEARS, OR BIGGER IN CASE

OF PARTIAL U/C FAILURE.

HOW DO WE WORK?

• OUR TEAM CONSISTS OF 7 RECOVERY EXPERTS:• 2 RECOVERY MANAGERS (MICHEL, JAN) AT LEAST ONE PRESENT AND

COORDINATING THE RECOVERY.• 2 RECOVERY SPECIALISTS AT LEAST 1 PRESENT ON SITE• 3 RECOVERY OPERATORS• ALL HAVE SPECIFIC QUALITIES, (CRANE, WINCH, LIFTBAG, SPECIAL TRANSPORT,

UNDERWATER, ENGINEERING, HYDRAULICS, JACK, CRADLE, LANGUAGE) ANDWILL BE INVOLVED, IF THEIR SPECIFIC SKILLS ARE USEFUL.

• ALL ABOVE HAVE BI-ANNUAL TRAINING. (FRAPORT, BAA STN, TRIESTE)• TEAM IS COMPLETED BY AIRCRAFT MECHANICS (SN / VE, EAT, SOAR, SAS), OR

FROM INVOLVED AIRLINE. PREFERABLY STRUCTURE AND A/P AND LINE.• ACCORDING TO BCG SAFETY PROCEDURES.

• WE HAVE 1 EMPLOYEE REMAIN AT BCG FOR ALL DOMESTIC, LOGISTIC ISSUES.• ROYAL SAAN / LOKKER INTRATECH PROVIDES RECOVERY TOOLING SOURCING

AND LOGISTICS.

Investments:

• We have invested in our recovery kit €420.000,• In our intention to be ready to fully recover A320, or partly on bigger aircraft, we need to purchase another €250,000

minimum on recovery equipment (Carbon H-frame, recovery jacks) by 2010

C Recovery Kit• Measured in percentage of equipment being shipped to recovery location (listing attached):
