Scarborough Gymnastic Academy’s Annual Awards Presentation Evening 2018

We  would  like  to  invite  you  and  your  family  to  join  us  at  Scarborough  Gymnastic  Academy’s  Annual  Awards  Presentation  Evening.  This  very  special  event  is  to  recognise  all  the  hard  work  and  commitment  shown  by  the  Academy’s  gymnasts  over  the  past  year.    All  gymnasts  attending  the  evening  will  be  presented  with  a  special  award   to  acknowledge   this.     The  SGA  Annual  Awards  will   then  be  presented   in  a  number  of   categories   to  both   recreational   and   competitive   gymnasts   who   have   demonstrated   outstanding   progress,   results   and  dedication  throughout  the  year.        

The   event   will   be   held   on   Friday   29th   June,   2018   at   Scarborough   Rugby   Club   (J.   M.   Guthrie  Clubhouse,   Silver   Royd,   Scalby,   Scarborough,   YO13   0NL).   There   are   a   limited   number   of   tickets   are  available  for  the  event  so  book  early  to  avoid  disappointment.  Doors  open  at  7pm  in  readiness  for  a  prompt  start  at  7.30pm.    

 

Tickets  for  the  event  are  priced  at  £7.50  each  and  are  FREE  for  children  aged  under  2  (if  not  eating).    Unfortunately  tickets  are  limited  and  available  on  a  first  come  first  served  basis  and  due  to  seating  restrictions  must  be  booked  in  advance.    Unfortunately  there  will  be  no  provision  to  attend  the  event  on  the  night  without  purchasing  a  ticket  in  advance,  so  please  book  early  to  avoid  disappointment  as  the  event  usually  sells  out.    Names  will  be  on  a  register  on  the  door  and  bingo  tickets  will  be  given  on  entry.    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
