The EPR Secretariat hosts the system and manages it.

The staff members have access to the database to insert new information or to edit the data of their centre.

the data inserted can be read by every epr members

After the administrator's validation, the new or edited information is recorded in the database

Every centre has a special KMC administrator, which is responsible for the information coming from his centre. The added or edited data are automatically transfered to the administrator for checking.
