The ground segment service Leaf Line is a key enabling technology
to allow the exploitation of the microsatellite market.

LEAF LINE
It is based on a network of shared ground stations where the client
pays for each link its satellites make with a Leaf Space’s ground station.
Leaf key is a network of ground stations dedicated exclusively to a single client. The ground stations implemented remain under
the property and management of Leaf Space.
Leaf Line redefines the ground segment by creating the first ever infrastructure-as-a-
service network of antennas fully dedicated to microsatellites.
The mission-dedicated Ground Station Network is designed and deployed
following the client’s satellite mission requirements.

GROUND STATIONS
During the next year Leaf Space will install 5 new
ground stations reaching a global network of 10.
H E A D Q U A R T E R S
Leaf Space headquarters are in Lomazzo, just
40 km to the North of Milan and 15 km from
Como Lake.
Leaf Space infrastructures are made of two
main areas:
• an office of 130 sq.m, where all the
administrative and software
development activities are carried out;
• a laboratory of 150 sq.m, where all the
the hardware development and testing
procedures are conducted.
