President’s Team Additional Earning Levels

President’s Team members can qualify for additional Production Bonus (PB) earning levels, by meeting that level’s Royalty Override Point requirements.

MARK HUGHES BONUS AWARD

QUALIFICATION TO BE ELIGIBLE TO EARN

• Must be a Fully Qualified President’s Team member

• Must have at least one first-level downline President’s Team member

• Must achieve 10,000 or more Royalty Override Points per month ineach of at least nine months (at least three consecutive)

• Note: New President’s Team members within the qualification year must have 10,000 or more Royalty Overrides in nine months after their President’s Team qualification date in order to earn

The Mark Hughes Bonus is a discretionary bonus paid to President’s Team members annually. It represents 1% of Herbalife’s total worldwide product sales and is distributed among eligible and qualified Herbalife President’s Team members from around the world.

CONTRIBUTING: METHOD #1

• A Distributor who achieves at least 10,000 or more Royalty Override Points per month in each of at least six months (at least three consecutive) within the current qualification year

CONTRIBUTING: METHOD #2

• A Distributor who has a President’s Team qualification date between February 1 and January 1 of the current qualification year will be eligible to “contribute” to their first “earning” upline President’s Team member

CONTRIBUTING: METHOD #3

• A Distributor who qualified for President’s Team in previous qualification year(s), but did not qualify to “contribute” in the prior year, and who achieves at least 10,000 Royalty Override Points in each of three consecutive months, will be eligible to “contribute” to their first “earning” upline President’s Team member in the current qualification year

President’s Team members receive notification with the complete set of rules on how to qualify each year. For a downline President’s Team member to count as “contributing” to the “earning” upline President’s Team member, there are three alternatives.
