Very Bad Oats and Chocolate Chip Cookies (Title)GoalOnce you sink your teeth into this crunchy delight you cannot stop. An old favourite energising Kiwis watching world cup rugby matches early in the morning. You will enjoy this tasty treat of chock chips and oats. Equipment: Bowl, measuring jug, spoons, measuring spoons, baking tray, baking paper.Ingredients250g soft butter, ¾ cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons (Tbs) of condensed milk, 1 ½ cup of plain flour, 1 teaspoon (tsp) baking powder, 1 cup oats, 250g chocolate melts

Steps1.Wash hands2.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. 3.Put softened butter in bowl.4.Add sugar and condensed milk5.Cream it – beat it to make it light and fluffy (get air in – mix ingredients, melt butter and sugar)6.Measure flour and add to mixture.7.Measure and add 1tsp baking powder, cup of oats and chocolate 8.Stir thoroughly to mix all ingredients evenly.9.Cut baking paper to size – to fit on baking tray.10.Scoop small portions onto the baking tray – not to close as each scoop will spread out. 11.Pop in the oven – middle shelve for about 15-20 minutes checking it regularly to prevent it from burning. Tips:1.Freeze the remainder of the condensed milk after making little bags of 3Tbs. 2.Raisins, apricots or berries might be used instead of chocolate.
