Preston Brook Village News January 2019 A Happy New Year to you all. Last year saw many new changes in the community from the new Committee that have worked so hard to follow in the steps of the previous long standing management of the Village Hall. Well done to everyone involved in reviving what could have easily become a derelict dinosaur. Thank you all you “Volunteers” for your hard work and dedication. We do take it for granted that we can just wander down to the Village Hall and there will be something arranged for us when we get there. How many of us have let our New Year Resolutions slip. Mine never got started!!! We can still eat healthily and work it off gently once a week a few yards from your front door. More details on this are inside this issue and also the reports on the fabulous Tree Lighting Up evening at Christmas, the cute Nativity Play by our Pre School children and the other community events. There will be many more new events in the spring so visit our village website to make a date in your diary. Sue Potter Produced and printed by www.prestonbrookparishcouncil.gov.uk
