Ciljevi

• Enhancing management of human research potential at WB universities in line with national and EU strategies for researchers in order to contribute to the further WB region growth

Specifični ciljevi

• Improving institutional HR policies and practices by harmonizing them with EU standards and strategies for researchers, and with national priorities for sustainable development

• Enhancing career development and cooperation opportunities of researchers through professional and transferable skills improvement

• Fostering regional cooperation in order to harmonize the management of university research potentials, and raise awareness about HRS4R principles

• HRS4R principles adopted by all WBC partner universities

Indikatori/deliverables• Popunjen upitnik o istraživačkom

potencijalu uz participaciju 30 članica Univerziteta u Sarajevu (25 fakulteta/akademija, 5 instituta) + dostavljen dodatni online upitnik istraživačima (285 istraživača popunilo upitnik)

• UNSA representatives participated in 3 visits to EU partner universities (Torino–3 representatives, March 2016, Liege –2 representatives, April 2016, Coventry– 3 representatives, June 2016)

• Comparative analysis completed• Ongoing (UNSA had to justify that a

software for antiplagiarism has not been purchased withint a TEMPUS IV project, approval came from Brusselss)

Oprema i upotreba

• Inicirana je nabavka tehničke opreme i kupovina anti-plagijarizam softvera

• Instalacija opreme na Odsjeku za matematiku Prirodno-matematičkog fakulteta

• Detekcija plagijata (provjera disertacija, knjiga i sl.)

Naredne aktivnosti na projektu:

• Aktivnost 2.6: Analiza stanja na partnerskim institucijama po pitanju procedura za napredovanje akademskog osoblja i prijedlog unaprijeđenja postojedih procedura (do kraja novembra ili decembra)

• Aktivnost 3.1: Trening 100 mladih istraživača i PhD kandidata na UNSA o značaju Povelje i Pravila i HRS4R strategije (tokom novembra)

• WP6: Učešde na sastanku Upravnog odbora Projekta u Beogradu početkom decembra

• Aktivnost 2.5: Učešde na treningu za treneru na Univerzitetu u Coventryu o metodologiji predavanja i multidisciplinarnosti sredinom decembra

Dodatne napomene

• Monitoring realizacije Projekta na UNSA i UES u ime EACEA-e obavila Erasmus+ kancelarija u BiH dana 21.10.2016. godine

• HRS4R Strategiju i Akcioni plan usvojio Senat UNSA na sjednici 14.11.2016. godine i iste dostavio Evropskoj komisiji na evaluaciju

• U toku procedure za realizaciju zajedničke nabavke opreme i softvera
