Elpes was registered in 2014 by three experienced individuals:
• Marek Jaroszyński – General Director, Board Member(since 1998 in the laminate tubes business)
• Bartosz Jaroszyński – Operation Director, Board Member (since 2004 in the laminate tubes business)
• Wojciech Maciejowski – Finance Director, Board Member (since 2005 in the laminate tubes business)

In 2017 Elpes has started to build up brand new plant in Lublin (SouthEastern part of Poland, ) approx. 170 km from Warsaw capitol city. In 2019motorway from Warsaw to Lublin will be finished.
Factory is located on the total area 1 ha (purchased in 2015) at SpecialEconomic Zone in Lublin.
Airport in Lublin is located 7 km from the factory and offers flights to the UK,Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy and other countries.
