$200 opening order. First order COD or Credit Card (MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER).Customer may request Net 30 Day terms which may be approved at our discretion. We sell wholesale to customers associated with established businesses; with either a physical store front, catalog-based sales, or other business. These must be approved by TWELVE TIMBERS. Send all information including EIN number and tax ID with or before your first order.

Payment Terms:Due to the nature of our orders (custom made), a 50% deposit fee will be charged to your credit card the day your order goes into production. The balance will be charged at time of shipping. A finance charge will be applied on past due balances at a rate of 1 ½ % per month (18% per annum) on unpaid balances.

Lettering UpchargeThere is a $1 upcharge per item to add lettering to a product that does not normally include a saying (frame, magnet board, mirror).

Lettering ColorsBoard lettering can now come in several colors, and with or without glitter. Please specify the color you would like. If you have a question on whether or not it is available, please contact us.

ReturnsDamage claims must be made within 1 week of receiving orders. Other returns are not accepted due to the fact that each and every order is custom made to your specifications and not from stocked merchandise.There will be a 15% restocking fee for any orders held in the shipping department over 30 days.

ColorsAll of Twelve Timbers products are available in every color, (Except Wall Paneling) unless otherwise indicated. Refer to the color choices shown in the catalog. Please indicate the color palette and color, e.g. “Funky Yellow” or “ Rustic Blue”.
