“WE PRACTISE WHAT WE PREACH”

mfQ Asia was certified to MS ISO 9002:1994 on June 24, 1997. It was one of the first among Malaysian training organizations to gain this registration. To-date there is only a handful of Malaysian training and consultancy organizations that are registered to this international Quality Management System Standard. We were recently recertified to ISO 9001:2000 on the 16 Dec 2000. Once again we were the first in the country to be certified to this new standard. Since then we have undergone three further successful recertification exercises.

INTRODUCTION

The PRINCE2™ training program is a comprehensive 3-day program that provides participants with an extended

theoretical and practical knowledge of PRINCE2, the non-proprietary best practice model that ensures project

delivery is on time, on budget and of high quality. This course educates participants in all aspects of the

PRINCE2 methodology, including its practical application. It covers the eight core Components and Processes of

PRINCE2 at the most detailed level including all sub-processes and techniques. Exercises are based on a real

life case study to ensure that participants learn the practical application of PRINCE2 theory.

THE LEARNING MODEL

We have excellent Instructional Design Experts and as such our training programs have been designed to be highly interactive as well as informative and have been rated many a time as one of the best. Our Learning Model is explained below.

The learning model turns traditional training upside down. Instead of explaining a topic to the edge of boredom before doing a short exercise, as is the typical procedure in many training rooms, our trainer/coach, utilizing the Learning Model, put the participants immediately on task with a specially designed activity. No dead time. Accurate information, useful learning tools and timely coaching follow the activity. As a conceptual model it looks like this:

I Hear – I Forget

I See – I Rememmber

I Do – I Understand

TRAINING ROOM ARRANGEMENT

To ensure that the training is effective we would need to ensure that certain essentials are in place from the onset. Some of which are:

1. The training room is conducive for each of the training session, in terms of size, comfort, lighting and free from disturbances and noise. The room arrangement is given below.

2. The selected participants are present at all as well throughout all of the training session

3. The participants should be participative

The training room should be arranged as per diagram below:
