The location of the conference and where we’ll be spending most of our time is Seminyak.

Seminyak is roughly 35 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and is considered one of the most sophisticated places in Bali.

With an array of great shops, luxury accommodation and fashionable high-end restaurants and bars, Seminyak will certainly surprise and delight you.

The stunning Seminyak sunsets overlooking the beach are simply beautiful - all we’ll need to add is a little cocktail in your hand and it’s truly a magical experience.

ACCOMMODATION: With so many places to choose from and a wide variety of locations, we narrowed the accommodation down to three of the most central places to stay. With the conference being held at the W Hotel, our preference is you stay there and we’ve negotiated a great rate!

Please take into consideration that sometimes on the accommodation websites the Balinese may list their property being closer to the W Hotel than it really is, so be mindful of that, and if you have any questions feel free to call the office to discuss.

From a security point of view – all hotels we have suggested have security guards and door people who really look after you and make your stay an absolute pleasure. The security in Bali and Seminyak is very good.

Also note that if you do stay outside of the W Hotel there is a 10 minute walk to the main entrance of the hotel from the street address - the hotel is set back on the beach about 500 metres down an impressive driveway, so leave enough time to power walk to the conference!!!
