Prism is our dynamic asset management analytics service driven by Microsoft Power BI. Prism takes information from numerous data sources such as Snow Inventory, Snow License Manager or in-house systems and creates detailed dashboards that are relevant to your organisation’s requirements.

Prism goes beyond the standard analytics reporting and services which usually only provide simple overviews. Prism takes data and turns it into meaningful information that supports business decisions, proactively answers questions and promotes opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies within your IT estate.

Unique to Trustmarque customers

Prism is a unique tool for Trustmarque customers designed by our BI experts. Initially for those with Snow software, we will develop the dashboards using a standard version, which can be added to over time where applicable to present data that adapts to your future IT challenges.

Additional bespoke dashboards will be available for customers looking for specific detail that is not included within the standard version. Prism is incorporated into our current ITAM Virtual Asset Manager service to provide dynamic real time reporting.
