With sweeping views of the Warramate ranges and vineyard vistas in all directions, Soumah of Yarra Valley provides the idyllic setting for corporate functions including team building, brainstorming, product launches, speaker and networking events. Whether it’s a half day, full day, or evening events, our location, only an hour drive from Melbourne’s CBD makes Soumah easily accessible. A straightforward drive on the Eastern Freeway and then along the Maroondah Highway will take you directly to SOUMAH. Alternatively, we can facilitate a bus pickup for your team and the best thing is, we are open seven days a week. All facilities are situated on-site at our Hexham vineyard inlcuding: Two distinct private event rooms for up to 18 pax are perfect for breakouts and seminars 1. The Conservatory 2. 1. THE CONSERVATORY | Private Event Space A recent addition to Ville d’Soumah, The Conservatory provides a private space for functions of 12 to 18 guests seated. The open-plan room with racked ceiling is enhanced with beautiful views of the vineyard. Morning and afternoon tea will be prepared for your group on the undercover al fresco deck or inside, depending on the weather.

2. PREMIUM WINE ROOM | Private Event Space

Opened in 2018, our Premium Wine Room can cater for 12 to 18 guests seated. This private room features marble top tables and tufted leather banquette seating, enhanced by our glass museum wine room. Morning and afternoon tea will be prepared for your group in the adjacent outdoor bar area or inside, depending on the weather.

3. TRATTORIA d’SOUMAH

Lunch will be served at Trattoria d’Soumah, which is only a few steps from either private

room. We specialise in authentic northern Italian cuisine and our kitchen garden provides fresh seasonal produce that is incorporated into our menu. We are well-known for flavourful pasta dishes and delicious pizzas cooked in our Forno Bravo woodfired oven. The restaurant has outdoor undercover deck seating as well as indoor seating, both with magnificent vineyard views.

4. CELLAR DOOR

What better way to finsh your event than with a complimentary tutored wine tasting of delicious SOUMAH wines in our Cellar Door. We will guide you through our tasting line-up or, for something more exclusive, we can setup a premium tasting of our reserve and museum wines. You also have the option to select the variety of wine you like and enjoy a glass on our lawn with your colleagues. Memories are made in these moments. Please note, premium tastings and glass of wine would be additional charge to the daily delegate package.

5. HEXHAM VINEYARD for walks, inspiration and education As part of your well planned event, our team, including Soumah’s viticulturist, can take your colleagues on an interesting and informative vineyard tour. Witness the season and what is happening in the vineyard at that moment. Emmerse yourself in the natural environment, fresh air and scenic beauty.

6. VILLE D’SOUMAH ACCOMMODATION

Ville d’Soumah offers spacious modern country-style living for eight guests, featuring two bedrooms with King size beds and two bedrooms with Queen size beds. The house is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, open-plan living spaces, wood-fire and gas-fire heating, air conditioning, an expansive patio with BBQ facilities, bocce court, Foxtel and WiFi. There is a minimum two-night stay if accommodation is required on the weekend.

DAY TIME DELEGATE PACKAGE – WEEKDAYS ONLY

Delegate Package $125 per head Includes:

- Hire of Private event space - Morning and Afternoon Tea - 2-Course lunch with a glass of wine - Vineyard Walk - Standard Cellar Door Tasting

Additions: - Premium Wine Tasting +$10 per head - Glass of wine after Wine Tasting +$15 per head

Terms and Conditions: - Start time 9:00am - Finish time 6:00pm - Minimum Guests = 12 per private room - Minimum spend of $1,500 per private room - All dietary requirements need to be confirmed at least 3 days in advance

Payments and Cancellations - $1,000 deposit is required to secure your event and block the date. Your event is

not confirmed until payment is received. - Full payment is required 21 days prior to the event. If full payment is not received,

your event is tentatively suspended, and the space opened to other events. - Cancellation terms:

• Cancellation more than 21 days out = 50% of deposit forfeited

• Cancellations between 21 to 14 days out = 50% of full payment forfeited

• Cancellations between 13 to 7 days out = 75% of full payment is forfeited

• Cancellations 6 days out or less = 100% of full payment is forfeited

Additional information - Please be advised that taxi/Uber services can be difficult to obtain at our location.

You will need to inform your guests of these difficulties and recommend alternatives. Soumah can arrange transport services on your behalf and will need to be made well in advance.

- All our venues are non-smoking, although we do provide a designated sheltered garden area for smokers.

- Except for supervised walks there is strictly no access to the vineyard at any time.

We can accommodate evening functions on our air-conditioned deck. This space showcases spectacular views of our Hexham vineyard and glorious sunsets. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks on the lawn, followed by dinner indoors on the deck, which can be ‘al fresco’ style or enclosed depending on the season.

EVENING EVENT PACKAGE – Any Night Event Price $85 per head Includes:

- Private use of Trattoria space - 3-Course menu with glass of wine
