PROCEDURE AND REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
1. Participants
1.1 Participants age
This event is open to young people who are between 14 and 17 of age, members of scout groups around Europe.
1.2 Leaders
All the participants must be accompanied by their scout leader. Those leaders must be over than 18 years of age
1.3 IST
Other people who want to come to the PIOCAM 2014 and are over 18 years old may be members of the International Service Team (IST).
2. Fee
2.1 Participants and leaders
The participants and leaders fees are 220€.
2.2 IST members
The IST fee is 110€.
If an IST has presented a workshop and PIOCAM’s 2014 team has accepted it, the fee of this IST will be paid by the organization.
3. Deposit
In order to confirm the reservation of a group or an IST, you will receive an email notifying if your reservation has been accepted or not. If your reservation has been accepted, you will have 15 natural days to pay a not refundable deposit of 30 € per person.
4. Reimbursement
4.1 Deposit
The deposit will never be refunded.

4.2 Refund
The organization will return the 80% of the total fee reducing the 30€ of the non refundable deposit. You have to pay the banking cost of this transaction.
It’s allowed to change a participant name with any additional cost.
The PIOCAM’s 2014 fee won’t be returned if you have cancelled your booking after the 31st of July.
5. The fee includes
5.1 Participants and leaders
• All your meals during the PIOCAM 2014, including the dinner in the 6th of August and the breakfast in the 17th of August.
• All the activities and all the transportations during the PIOCAM 2014.
• A participant’s kit of the PIOCAM 2014.
5.2 IST
• All your meals during the PIOCAM 2014, including the dinner of the 6th of August and the breakfast of the 17th of August.
• A participant’s kit of the PIOCAM 2014.
6. The fee doesn’t include
The transportation from the airport to the camp, but we will offer to you the chance to contract the transportation from Palma to the camp in the beginning and in the ending of the PIOCAM 2014.
7. You must fill
7.1 Reservation
You have to complete the booking form to join PIOCAM 2014.
After that, you will receive an email confirming if you have a placement in PIOCAM 2014 or not. If you don’t have a placement, you will be included in the waiting list. If you have been included in the waiting list, just follow the instructions that we will send you.

7.2 You must confirm reservation
Once you have been accepted to the PIOCAM 2014, you must confirm your reservation with the payment of the deposit. We will send you the checking account where you must pay the deposit in the following 15 natural days after the confirmation mail has been sent. After the payment, you must send the receipt of the transaction to [email protected]
7.3 Personal information
We will send you a personal information form that you must fill with the information about each member of your group. In this form we will indicate the limit day to make the payment of the rest of the fee. After the payment, you have to send the receipt of the transaction to [email protected]
8. Insurance
Each participant must have their own accident insurance during the camp. This insurance must submit the Balearic Islands law.
9. What to do when you arrive to the camp
You must indentify all the members of your group, give us the policy of your insurance, deliver the all authorizations of the members of your group correctly completed and signed and, finally, you must carry the credentials of your group. Remember that all the members of PIOCAM 2014 have to wear their credential during all the camp.
