Vi Microsystems provides a mobile work station,

with a Steel frame, Castors, Electro PneumaticConverter, Pneumatic Control Valve, WaterReservoir, Process Tank, Manual valves, Airregulator and the following Sensors andInstruments.

The Level Process Station is an attractive versioncomparing to the Control Laboratory trainer. Allthe interfacing signals are industrial standard i.e.(4-20)mA and the components used are industrialstandard. So that it provides a real industrialfeeling of the processes to the students.

- Air regulator cum filter (0-2.1) Kg/cm²provided to regulate the air pressure

- Industrial standard electro pneumaticconverter to control the control valve,Input: (4-20)mA, Output: (0.2 - 1) Bar.

- PID software for PID, ON/OFF controlprocess monitoring, graphical, depiction offlows proportional, integral, derivativefunction.

- Industrial Globe type pneumatic control valveto control the flow rate (Size: 3/4" stroke12mm).

- ½ inch Flexible Hose tubes for betterreliability.

- Rotameter of 1000 LPH for VisualIndication of flow

- Rust proof Transparent Process Fiber tankof 800mm height with level scale

- Electronic level switches provided foroverflow Alarm indication and pumpcut-off.

- Solenoid Valve at the feed back Loop- Rust proof water Reservoir to store water

of capacity 45 Liters.- By pass line is provided in the reservoir to

avoid pump loading.- Centrifugal Pump for water circulation- All are fixed in a mobile rack of size and

weight approximately 100Kg- PID control software for PID, ON/OFF

control, process monitoring graphical,depiction of flows, proportional, integral,derivative functions.

- Bourdon type pressure gauges providedwherever necessary.

- All water paths are guided by Rust prooftubes.

- Flexible patch chords wiring facility foreasier experiments.

- Mimic diagrams provided in the frontpanel for logical experimentation.
