Welcome! This production of Gotta Dance evolved from a simple desire to dance! Hitchin Thespians has a strong tradition of dancing and we missed the big dance shows which are often too ex-pensive to put on nowadays. Our aims were to retain existing, develop new and bring past dancers all together; to encourage others to choreograph, try new dance types as well as show off their skills and talent, but mainly to have fun! It has been quite a reunion! We have thoroughly enjoyed putting tonight’s show together and hope that you will enjoy watching it. All proceeds raised this evening will go to a Woodside Hall Lighting and Sound Equipment Fund, specifically to improve the technical quality of our productions at Woodside and hopefully encourage others to use the hall.
