The SIGMA SPORT homepage provides a link to a "Frequently Asked Questions" section for almost every product. You can find comprehensive video footage covering installation and operation on our YouTube channel. We hold our products to extremely high standards. In order to maintain the leading market position for bike computers, sport watches, and lighting systems, we thoroughly test all SIGMA SPORT products.

The SIGMA product managers are not only the creative minds who get new, innovative products off the ground – they also play an active role in quality testing. As soon as the first prototype reaches a product manager‘s desk, that means it is time to go for a bike ride on our test routes through the Palatinate Forest. But a few trips through the woods are not enough to take our products to their limits. SIGMA has developed special equipment to simulate and expedite long term usage. One hour on our vibration machine is equivalent to the amount of impact normally withstood over the course of an entire year. Our climatic chamber can test products in extreme cold, excessive heat, rain, moisture, and wind (and the combination of any of these

extreme conditions). On top of that, lights are tested for illumination quality and burn times. All products must pass drop tests. And of course, we thoroughly test for functionality, aesthetic appearances, workmanship, and power consumption.

Mass production cannot begin until all tests have been successfully passed. Before the goods are packaged by hand and sent to customers all over the world, quality assurance employees continue to test random samples from each production batch. And the final test – every SIGMA product must meet our customers‘ expectations!

HIGHLIGHTS

A large display packed into a sleek, modern design. The new TOPLINE 2016 computers are vertically oriented, allowing for an improved display of the functions. This means, for example, that the speed is large, legible and always visible in the three-line display. The thinner computers are matched with a new, redesigned mounting bracket to take up less space on your handlebars or stem. New TOPLINE brackets are not compatible with older TOPLINE models.

The BC 14.16, BC 16.16 and BC 23.16 models have a dot-matrix display. Elevation and heart rate graphs, as well as the individual menu items, are displayed as diagrams in the settings. The customer can use the DATA CENTER to select one of 5 different sleep screens and transfer it to their computer.

ANIMATED MENU NAVIGATION

Setting the wheel size is extremely easy using the tire size. From 16 inches to 700C to 29 inches, the wheel size can be set easily using predefined tire sizes. Of course, it is also possible to manually enter the wheel size in millimeters.

The BC 14.16, BC 16.16 and BC 23.16 models can communicate directly with an Android smartphone via NFC (near f ield communication). To do so, you must install the free SIGMA LINK app. For wireless data exchange, simply hold your smartphone up to the computer. The app can be used to change settings and read trip data.

The data can be transferred from the smartphone into the DATA CENTER via the SIGMA CLOUD. Conversely, it is also possible to transfer data from the DATA CENTER onto the smartphone via the CLOUD.

The ATS models are also now equipped with an automatic start/stop feature. If you take a break during your ride, for example stop for a cup of coffee, simply get on your bike and ride again. No buttons to press, every kilometer/mile will be counted!

AUTOMATIC START/STOP

The sensor for the wired computers is now smaller and even easier to mount. It is also delivered with two rubber shim spacers to decrease the gap between the magnet and the sensor.

The ATS transmitter has received a new casing design, with wider slits for the cable ties.

The STS speed and cadence transmitters can now be swivelled, allowing them to be aligned parallel to the magnets for even easier installation. The battery compartment of the STS speed transmitter is now on the outside, making it easier to change the battery when the transmitter is mounted to the bike.

Two new magnets (normal & power) are equipped with a click-mounting mechanism, making installation even easier. Magnets can also be removed without tools.

The BC 23.16 is the TOPLINE 2016 model most suitable for competitive cyclists. Routes created in the DATA CENTER can be transferred to the ROX GPS and off you go! Short notes can be added to waypoints. As you approach the waypoint, the personal note appears in the display.

DATA CENTER, SIGMA planning and analysis software, is perfectly tailored to each SIGMA product. The ROX GPS models allow your potential to be fully realized. All configurations can be made quickly and easily on a PC or Mac.

After the ride, not only can you download your data, but you can instantly share it with connected portals (e.g. Strava, TrainingPeaks, Facebook).

Thanks to the three pre-configured training profiles, („road bike“, „mountain bike“, „other“) your training can begin the moment you take your ROX out of the box. Simply select a profile and start riding. Through the DATA CENTER, you can adjust profiles, or create your own. Custom settings include training views, automatic laps, and automatic stops.

BATTERY PACK

In the Panasonic cells built into the battery pack ensure an output of 6,400 mAh. The current charging status of the battery can be read using the four-stage indicator. A USB port can be used to charge additional devices such as bike computers or smartphones.

FLEXIBLE MOUNTING

Three mounting brackets are included with the BUSTER 2000. The silicone bracket can be attached quickly and without tools. The universal helmet bracket adapts to fit all conventional helmets. There is also an adapter that can be connected to action cam brackets.

REMOTE CONTROL

The BUSTER 2000 comes with a wireless remote control that weighs only 14 grams. This is especially handy when using the light on your helmet.
