Our precision vacuum clamping technology guarantees a clamping force which is considerably higher than using a vacuum cleaner or side channel blower.

Our RAL Series vacuum tables are manufactured from tempered cast solid aluminium and trued on both sides.

As a result, the RAL Series offers a very high holding force, with low demand on your vacuum pump.

This vacuum clamping technology guarantees a clamping force which is considerably higher than when using a vacuum cleaner or side channel blower.

They are particularly suited for engraving or when no breakthroughs are to be milled.

Breakthrough milling can be achieved with this type of vacuum table but a PVC mat or adapter plate must be used.

Our RAL PRO Series vacuum tables share all of the characteristics of our RAL Series but with the added benefit of steel threaded bushings on the surface and pins to fit an adapter plate for a pallet system.

If you want to process particularly small workpieces adapter mats are used where you can punch bore holes at geometrically appropriate positions and thus hold the workpiece securely during machining as well as sealing the tool path.

By using this technology you can, for example, mill out aluminium workpieces the size of a 1 cent coin or spectacle arms from sheets of buffalo horn or accurately profile ornaments from plywood or simply just mill out name badges.

GR SERIES


Our extremely versatile GAL Series vacuum tables are made from cast aluminium and provide a high level of stability, in combination. with exceptional clamping characteristics.

They allow the milling of breakthroughs and are usually fixed to T-slot plates.

There are two different surfaces available:

The classical variant, with a hole pattern from 0.6mm multi-purpose bores, represents the ideal compromise between low-level leakage loss during milling and the requirement of enabling the clamping of small workpieces.

GAL SERIES

With this process, work is carried out with a pump which can provide a delivery of 1.2 m/h. For workpieces with a minimum width of 30 mm, there is a leakage-optimized surface, with which 3 times as many bores can be opened as with the classical variant before the workpiece loses its grip.

Here a vacuum pump with 0.6 - 0.8 m/h per dm² is usually adequate. The same perforated rubber mats are available for both variants to ensure that the vacuum table surface is not damaged during through-milling of the workpieces.

The perforated rubber mat acts to increase the friction coefficient and also acts as a gasket providing a seal around the workpiece, we use a perforated rubber mat in different geometrical shapes. With careful use you can easily get 100 hours of use from an individual mat.

For all GAL vacuum tables, a vacuum distributor is included in the series for the activation of individual chambers. According to size, the vacuum table is subdivided into several vacuum chambers, which are arranged appropriately and separated from each other. The vacuum is then drawn through a manifold with quick star fittings.

The manifold has ball valves which can be open and closed according to which chamber on the table the user wishes to allow vacuum to operate in.

Smart clamping (a new technology developed by us) allows you to securely clamp workpieces with a flat surface and vacuum capacity of 500 W per m without having to cover the remaining free bores.

The clamping force of this system is five times higher than clamping with traditional side channel blowers or with industrial vacuum cleaners.

This greatly simplifies the installation in a CNC machine since the necessary cross sections of the supply lines are considerably smaller than with conventional clamping technology.

Our ST Series vacuum tables are a simple construction of polyethylene and rolled aluminium.

An advanced version of our ST Series vacuum table with enhanced stability.

ST Series

Clamping holes for M6 bolts with 50 mm separation distances are located within the vacuum surface for attachment.

They are therefore well suited for fixing on one of our T-slot plates or an adapter plate.

Due to their simple construction, the tables are a cost-effective solution and are not suitable for high-precision machining.

SEAL Series

An 8 mm strong aluminium plate at the bottom of the vacuum table provides extra stability. This aluminium plate allows you to fix the vacuum table on most T-slot grids.

First you bolt the aluminium ground plate to the T-slot bed, then you simply fix the vacuum table to the ground plate. This provides a solid even base over the whole area.

Our MP Series vacuum tables are made from metapor and sintered aluminium.

Perfect for wood and plastic working they feature an air-permeable sintered aluminium vacuum plate.

The key advantage of an MP vacuum table is the completely flat and totally uniform vacuum surface.
