ApplicationsGIGS security gates ensure safe and controlled public access to high-traffic gatherings of all types, from concerts and sporting events, to film premieres and trade fairs. The system conforms to relevant international safety regulations.

GIGS Security Gates Features GIGS security gates are modular in design and fully compatible with GIGS stage barriers. All units in the GIGS series can be securely bolted together, guaranteeing safety and stability. GIGS security gates are particularly resistant to both frontal and lateral pressure.

GIGS 1.20 Security Gates FeaturesGIGS 1.20 are dual-function security gates; thanks to their broader opening (1.20 m or 3 ft 11 in), double-sided built-in ramps, and securely locking doors, they can also be used as emergency exits. For extremely high-traffic events, we offer GIGS 1.20 with ballasts for greater stability.

Terraplas

ApplicationsTerraplas is ideal for protecting sensitive turf on football fields, golf courses, and other outdoor venues. It can also be used as a ventilating substructure for grandstands or other similar constructions.

Features Terraplas is perforated, allowing air, water, and light to pass through. Thus, depending on weather conditions, it can be left down for up to seven days without damaging the underlying turf and soil. The specially engineered interlocking panels also ensure a completely even surface that is free of trip hazards, and the textured top sides prevent slipping, making Terraplas ideal for high-traffic pedestrian areas and suitable for rolling travel cases. Installation can be performed by hand with the help of a special transport trolley – no heavy machinery needed.

ApplicationsPortafloor is a versatile ground-protection system. It is particularly suitable for protecting turf in football stadiums and other venues from pedestrian and wheelchair traffic.

Features Portafloor is quick and simple to install. And the thin, lightweight panels can be easily transported in large quantities, making it one of the most cost effective turf-protection systems. ApplicationsHexagon interlocking tiles are ideal for footpaths and indoor / outdoor exhibition flooring, as well as for covering uneven or irregularly shaped surfaces. Depending on the consistency of the underlying ground, they can also be used for temporary roads and parking lots for vehicles weighing up to two tons.

Features The hexagonal shape of the tile allows it to conform to angles of 30°, 60°, and 90°, making it ideal for covering asymmetrical areas. Tiles are laid manually and interlock for stability.

Plywood

ApplicationsPlywood is a versatile, low-cost ground cover for light and medium loads. It is ideal for temporary transport routes, such as mixer path, or for building foundations for small stages and grandstands. When multiple layers are bolted together, it can also be used to build construction ramps, drain covers, and temporary access roads for heavy vehicles.

Features Plywood consists of thin layers of wood that are glued and pressed into a single panel. A relatively lightweight material, it is easy to transport and can be installed by hand. However, because sunlight and air cannot penetrate the wood, turf and other sensitive foliage should be covered for a maximum of two days.

Optional ExtrasUpon request, we offer delivery, installation, dismantling, and pickup. To protect against damage and staining, we recommend a PE foil or Geo textile underlay.

ApplicationsRemopla heavy-duty mats are ideal for creating temporary access paths, work platforms, or parking lots, especially on flat, sensitive surfaces such as running tracks, tennis courts, or stadium floors. They can also be used as a foundation for stages and grandstands, or as an underlay for earth and sand at indoor motocross or equestrian events.

FeaturesRemopla is made of recycled PVC with UV stabilizers. The treaded surface provides traction and prevents slipping. When laid on flat ground, Remopla creates a continuous, gap-free surface.

Arena Panels

ApplicationsThe Arena Panel system is custom designed by eps for use in stadiums and other large-scale venues that need to accommodate both heavy equipment and large crowds. The sturdy aluminum construction and optimal weight distribution allow it to withstand the heaviest of loads. Unlike other heavy-duty ground-protection systems, Arena Panels are also pedestrian friendly and light enough to be installed by hand.

Features Each Arena Panel attaches to the adjoining ones on all sides via special internal connectors, creating a completely even surface and ensuring the best possible weight distribution. The system also features counter-sunk bolts, special trip-proof ramps, and a textured surface to prevent slipping in case of rain. In addition, Arena Panels can be joined seamlessly with our other turf-protection systems, such as Terraplas and Rollaway. Although they can support the heaviest of loads, the panels are also compact and light enough that they can be laid manually, with the help of a forklift. And they can be transported using regular semi-trailers and standard 40-ft sea containers.

ApplicationsBox Panels are ideal for building temporary roads, walkways, landing pads, work platforms, or stage foundations, especially on uneven ground. ApplicationsLD Panels are primarily used for stable ground and light loads. They are ideal for temporary access paths, roads, and parking lots. When used with a special rubber underlay, they can be safely laid over sensitive surfaces, such as cobblestones or running tracks.

ApplicationsOur high-quality flag poles are ideal for displaying vertical flags, decorative banners, advertisements, and sponsorship logos. They can also be used to mark entrances, escape routes, restrooms, and other points of interest. With their sturdy, rust-proof finish, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Featureseps flagpoles are made of non-corrosive aluminum and have a smooth, coated surface that repels dirt and grime. Each unit comes with a base, a mast cap, and an adjustable horizontal rod to hang flags or banners from, as well as guide rings and flag weights to hold flags in place. For added stability, the base features four adjustable feet. Flagpoles are available in either hoistable or non-hoistable models.

Yellow Jacket AMSThe Yellow Jacket AMS system is made up of individual five-channel units that can be connected to one another laterally, allowing a virtually unlimited number of channels to run parallel without creating gaps or other trip hazards. Upon request, we can also supply special ramps, which provide easy access for pedestrians, wheelchairs, carts, and forklifts.
