Peer Wisdom
Why?
Neuroscience is confirming that we are
hardwired for connection – our
nervous systems work hard to connect
us with other people. This is just as
true inside work, as out. With
employee engagement consistently
trending at around only 30% (Gallup),
the imperative to actively improve our
working environments and create
opportunities for our people to
connect, has never been higher.
We know that healthy and productive
organisations have a climate in which
people can be more honest, straight
talking and human in their approach to
dialogue. We also know that ‘wise
people’ generally share an optimism
that most problems can be solved, and
experience a certain amount of calm in
facing difficult decisions.
Peer Wisdom provides a compelling
way to foster and grow this climate
and a framework to cultivate this ‘wise’
approach, at the same time as
connecting your people, enhancing
key leadership behaviours and
enhancing organisational learning.
What is it
Our philosophy is simple. If you change the
conversation, you can change the culture.
One conversation at a time.
Our Peer Wisdom programme is based on
the principles of Action Learning. It requires
a willingness to work with vulnerability and
courage to strengthen authentic leadership
and deep engagement. It also provides a
trusting environment to hold ourselves and
our peers accountable.
Working with peers on real challenges and
opportunities from a place of trust, listening
and curiosity is at the core of any leader’s
potential success.

How it Works
Our programme combines consultancy – to design
and integrate a Peer Wisdom framework into your
organisation, and facilitation – to successfully
establish and run Peer Wisdom sets.
We suggest sets meet regularly over a sustained
period of around 12 months. This enables the
development of enhanced leadership relationships
and the environment where participants are truly
active in becoming more skilful in their
conversations.
The twelve month programme comprises a blend
