PRODUCTION, WAREHOUSING and DISTRIBUTION OPS.- Experience with product ordering, importing goods from Miami to Trinidad; storage facility layout, security and sanitation; warehousing of dry, refrigerated and frozen product; food production and distribution to Six stores on a weekly basis.

- Created an Xcel spreadsheet to track movement of goods from warehouse receiving to store delivery in accordance to HACCP guidelines and company policy.

- Conducted internal and local supplier operational HACCP audits.

- Maintained Health & Safety, HACCP and Training records.

- Implemented “Hold and Recall” procedures for all stored and manufactured products in inventory.
