MINIMUM SPACE REQUIREMENTS

We recommend allowing a minimum working space of 1.2m around the perimeter of your Tesseract to ensure that your members have the space they need to exercise effectively. Tesseract also requires a minimum ceiling height of 3m and all units must be permanently fixed to a solid wood or concrete floor for safe operation. Please note that some attachments require additional ceiling height and perimeter space to be used effectively.

Battle Rope Anchor point

One or multiple anchor points can be fi xed to any Tesseract leg to facilitate over 20 rope based exercises.

Monkey Bars

Maximise overhead rig space with obstacle race style monkey bar challenges. Great for improving stamina, grip and forearm strength.

Punch Bag Fitting

Allows you to hang a single punch bag from the Tesseract rig and incorporate combat exercises into your circuit.

180° Rotating Leg (left)

Rotating leg extension that allows you to add and adjust the position of removable attachments. Ideal for clubs where space is at a premium.

Triangular Leg Extension (right) Aff ordable solution for clubs wishing to increase the number of training stations around any Tesseract leg. Can be retrofi tted.

AVAILABLE IN FOUR STANDARD LENGTH OPTIONS (3, 5, 7 & 9m) TESSERACT BRIDGE HAS A REAL PRESENCE ON THE GYM FLOOR, HELPING YOU TO DEFINE YOUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING AREA.

Each Bridge rig is available in our standard range of Tesseract colours and comes with integrated suspension training and monkey bars as standard. There’s also a boxing frame option available as an upgrade. A thicker leg design (200 x 100mm and 6mm thick) provides a premium look and feel while still providing multiple training stations for members.

Each leg can also be fitted with triangular leg extension plates which can accommodate a range of removable attachments at various heights.

1. BRIEFING & CONSULTATIONWe believe in a consultative approach to business, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to drive projects forwards. At the initial meeting we seek to understand the training requirements, survey the building, take detailed measurements, and assess general feasibility.

2. DESIGN CONCEPTSHaving consulted with the cus-tomer and inspected the site, we get to work on initial design concepts. The aim always being to maximise the functional footprint in the space available. Often multiple concepts are proposed at stage one. These are presented in 2D / 3D format to give structure and context.

3. REVIEW & REVISIONA period of consultation will then drive each project forwards and a final design concept will emerge. This final design will take into account structural limitations and complexities and direct input from the fitness team. At this stage, final pricing is confirmed based on the design and overall product specification agreed.

4. MANUFACTURE Upon receipt of a Purchase Order, we will begin manufacturing your Tesseract rig. We will stay in regular contact with you and your facilities managers to keep you up-to-date on progress throughout the manufacturing process.

5. INSTALLATION A separate site visit will be conducted by our installation team for some pre-flight checks and they will work with you to agree a date and time to install your Tesseract rig that doesn’t interfere with your daily operations.

6. TRAINING Once the installation is complete, a convenient date to deliver staff training will be agreed. Training will be tailored to accommodate the metal works and accompanying fitness accessories supplied.
