Complete Agent Development Program (CADP)
To assist with our Brokers rolling out the Momentum program, we will be
running regular training sessions to work closely with Brokers on
the 12 Core Training sessions available.

Broker Meetings
RE/MAX facilitates meetings for our Brokers which provides an opportunity for them to come
together, discuss relevant topics and current events, exchange ideas and network.
BAC Meetings
The Broker Advisory Council (BAC) is a team of dedicated RE/MAX Broker/Owners committed to
Premier Market Presence (PMP). The purpose of the meetings is for each committee member to act
on behalf of each of its Region/State Areas and collectively:
Serve as a liaison with RE/MAX’S Managing Director on current programs.
Serve as a ‘sounding board’ /resource group to the Managing Director for:
o Appraising current region programs and industry programs and trends
o Considering and promoting new directions in providing new services
o Contributing to forward planning strategies
o Serve as a study group to assist, support and maintain the corporate image and leadership
consistent with the expectations of members and the public as a leading real estate
brokerage organisation

RE/MAX Broker/Owner Retreat
RE/MAX Australia and New Zealand host an annual 2/3 day retreat for Brokers across the two
countries. The retreat gives our franchisees the opportunity to network, exchange ideas and success

Club and above are invited to. Team Member’s may also be invited to this event if they are a registered Sales
Associate and significantly contributing towards the overall commission for the team (These members will need
to be approved by RE/MAX Australia). Members who have not quite reached the required criteria can be put
forward as a Wild Card entry (Wild Card entries can only be submitted by the Broker Owner). A Wild Card
entry is determined by RE/MAX Australia.

AIM Committee
The Asset & Investment Management Committee was introduced in June 2012 for the benefit of all
Property Management members.
The purpose of the AIM committee is to provide an opportunity to co-ordinate and promote the
Property Management sector of RE/MAX within the region.
The AIM committee is a dedicated team of RE/MAX Property Managers committed to Premier
Market Presence (PMP) and will serve as a study group to assist, support and maintain the corporate

Chapter
The Auction Chapter fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment whereby Sales
Associates get together to discuss the best marketing & campaign strategies for running
Auctions. The Auction Chapter will communicate regularly and effectively with its members
via events and communication. The Chapter will plan for the future by recruiting new
members and will be run by an Auction Committee.
The Auction Chapters Expectation?
The Auction Chapter is the main point of contact for RE/MAX Members to discuss Auction
and have training events to assist with the Auction activity in each regional/city area. Our
Chapter will strive to maintain a consistent presence within their members by providing tools
and resources in order to assist them with the Auction process.

AUCTIONEER TRAINING
“CALLING ALL BUDDING & EXPERIENCED AUCTIONEEERS”
Auctioneering is an incredibly exciting and lucrative career requiring a specific skill set. All
RE/MAX agents are invited to attend a Jason Andrew two day auctioneer training program to learn
how to run the perfect auction.
For auctioneers of all levels from beginner to experienced, the course will cover important auction
skills and processes in a practical environment.
THE CONCEPT
Those that complete the two day training session will also have the opportunity to attend a follow up
session before the mid year RE/MAX Rally. The three top auctioneers from this day, will then be
eligible to compete in front of their peers in the RE/MAX Auctioneer of the Year competition, to be
held the afternoon of the RE/MAX Rally on 27 July 2015. This will be judged by a qualified judging
panel.
The winner will receive the RE/MAX Auctioneer of the Year award, along with $2,500 in prize money.
THE OUTCOMES
Auction is now the marketing program of choice for savvy property owners around the country.
Regardless of role, the skills of an auctioneer are essential knowledge for every quality industry
participant.
Jason Andrew's auctioneer training program is the best in the industry and by encouraging course
participants to compete for top auctioneer award and prize money at the RE/MAX Sales Rally; new
energy will evolve around auctions within the group. Improved auction skills and a new level of

Project Marketing RE/MAX Offices all over Australia & New Zealand are working closely with Developers to market
and sell their properties.
RE/MAX Australia has started conducting quarterly Project Marketing meetings with Brokers and
Sales Associates to come together and discuss the resources and tools needed to assist our members
with successfully marketing projects.
We will be launching a dedicated RE/MAX Australia Project Marketing website in 2016, in order to
group all Project Marketing developments together.
Following this will be other marketing tools and initiatives to assist Project Marketing.

How the Property Forum Works
The RE/MAX Commercial Global Property Forum is a webinar that connects
prospective buyers with properties listed by RE/MAX Commercial Practitioners. All
listing agents will have about 60 seconds to present their listing. Viewers are
encouraged to follow up with presenters afterward for additional information. A
recording of the call will be sent to all registered attendees after the call.
Details for presenters:
All RE/MAX agents with commercial expertise may present listings.
Properties must be current and exclusively listed by the presenting RE/MAX
Commercial Practitioner. If the practitioner is non-English speaking, an assistant or
partner may make the presentation.
THIS VIDEO IS AVAILABLE FOR USE TO RE/MAX MEMBERS
Investment (income-producing) properties – not speculative investment properties such
as raw land or vacant buildings – are preferred for the call (but this is not mandatory).
One listing presentation is allowed per person, per webinar. There is a minimum sales
price of $1 million for each property. There is no maximum.
All listings must include contact information and co-broker commission.

Marketing Advisory Committee
The Marketing Advisory Committee is a formally appointed Committee that will steward the RE/MAX
Brand within Australia.
The Committee’s role is to provide appropriate advice and recommendations on matters relating to Branding
and Marketing in order to facilitate decision making by the RE/MAX Australia Management Team.
To perform this role, it shall review: on a continuing basis, the visual direction of the brand. The Committee
shall perform such other functions as may be assigned to it by the RE/MAX Australia Management Team
from time to time.
