PROFILE INTRODUCTION

We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the major reputed construction firms in the fields of Civil Project works, Earth works etc. We enjoy the confidence of our clientele in this sphere of quality and strict compliance of time schedule.

Our company was started in 1991, in the name of “S.V.L. Constructions” and took up major construction works in Vizag Steel Plant for a period. Subsequently the company was renamed as S.V.S. Constructions and under took civil construction works for M/S.H.S.C.L. Ltd.

Further we have classified our activities and included transportation also apart from regular construction activities. To reflect the present stature and nature of works being undertaken, the name of the company is changed to “S.V.S. Projects Pvt. Ltd”.

During our tenure for the past 20 successful years we have been associated within major constructions for “M/s. Myhome Industries Ltd(MAHA CEMENT)., M/s. Sagar Cements Ltd., M/s. Vijai Electricals Ltd, M/s. Andha Cements Ltd., M/s. Anjani Portland Cement Ltd., Keerthi Industries Ltd., Choramandal Cements Ltd., and Power Plants, World Bank aided projects such as Cancer Hospitals, Area Hospitals, Earth work EMBANKMENTS Revetments, Bridges, etc. We have also constructed prestigious Industrial constructions like Pre-heater up to a height of 120 mts, within 10 months at M/s. My home Cement Industries Ltd.

As the civil construction scenario has been changed to high-rise buildings, we also adapted to the changed environment and we have successfully completed My Home Vihanga’s project work - 20 Blocks of 2000 flats with in span of 20 months time with latest scaffolding (Aluminium Formwork). Also we are in completion stage of 2 Blocks of 20 floors 200 flats at Rainbow Vistas Phase 2 (Cybercity) – Hyderabad.

Projects are under progress (1 ) Shriram Greenfield Projects at – Bangalore - Wing A with 6 blocks of 19 floors each with 935 flats with each block 2 Basements and terrace, (2) Lansum Etania Developers LLP at Puppalaguda with 7 blocks of 20 floors each and club house of 7 floors(3) also associated with M/s. Jyothirmaye Properties Pvt. Ltd., for their Palm springs Projects-Guntur – 3 blocks 19 Floors construction.

We are happy to inform that another feather has been added to our cap, recently we have completed Telengana Government Chief Minister’s pet project of 2 bedroom row houses of 600 houses with all modern amenities at Erravalli village, Medak Dist. were completed with in short span of time and also inaugurated by none other than Sri Chandra Shekhar Rao – Chief Minister of Telengana State on 23rd December 2016.

Further we were awarded another Government Project at Gajwal for construction of 2 Bed Room row houses of 1200 flats

We are also enclosing the list of our esteemed clients for whom we have completed the works within the time schedule, thereby saving the project cost. The enclosed list of clients and works would speak of our challenging abilities and performance.
