Water aerobics allow you to work at your pace while lessening the impact on your body. Prior to beginning any workout program, you should consult your physician. Zumba Columbia Ridge 10/4-27 $35 Age: 11+ T/Th 6:00-7:00 PM It’s fun...the type of exercise you’ll want to do everyday and feel good about doing it! It’s different. You probably never thought you’d be exercising to this type of music. It’s effective. It’s an aerobic workout, which we all know works. In this class you will learn some basic yoga poses, as well as simple breath- work and meditation techniques that you can try at home. Come and enjoy the game of volleyball! Six person rosters with at least 1 person of the opposite gender on the court at all times. Must be pre-registered.
